Today's greater Ho Chi Minh City [commonly known as Saigon] is a frenetically paced, cosmopolitan city of over 9 million inhabitants and a greater number of motorbikes. In its' zeal to be a world class metropolis, skyscrapers and gleaming office towers now pierce the skyline. However, the historic neighborhoods and their inhabitants, who's families have lived for generations in the same buildings, are the glue to the fabric of the city. It is amongst these districts, that I have chosen to concentrate and build stories.
